SHETLAND'S WEATHER can be wild and unpredictable but we acknowledge that harvesting has to be reliable. We tackle this with our state of the art well boats, which efficiently collect live fish from any of our 30 sites in Shetland.
The fish are then pumped live into our harvesting and processing facility, maximising the freshness and ensures consistently high quality.
