AT LERWICK FISH TRADERS LTD, the processing arm of Hjaltland Seafarms, we process between 20,000 and 25,000 tonnes of gutted salmon and around 3,000 tonnes of salmon fillets each year.

 

We are unique in that we are the only company in the European Union that can pack salmon and produce fillets in different trims pre-rigor in less than one hour. 

 

 

Taking this one stage further, this means that product will be despatched the same day that an order is taken - the ultimate in freshness guaranteed.
