OUR SERVICE PORTFOLIO available to other farms is extensive and covers harvesting, primary and secondary processing. 

 

Our team will clean, quality and size grade the fish, label, tag, weigh, ice and pack, strap, palletise and despatch salmon as part of the primary processing service.

 

 

 

For secondary processing, our service includes customer specified filleting to required trims, finished loins, steaks, portions or belly flaps, packing, weighing, labelling, icing, strapping, IQF freezing and despatch.
